Cardio Box (Tiffany):
First half hour is Kick Boxing followed by a half hour of stretching and core conditioning
Step (Steve):
A high energy workout involving a fitness step
Boot Camp (Tiffany):
Interval Training Workout with high intensity cardiovascular moves and resistance training. The resist-a-ball, step and weights are used to create a full body, fat- burning workout
Latin Dance (Johnny):
A faster paced class blending a variety of traditional Latin dances such as the Cha-Cha, Mambo, Salsa, Rumba and Meringue
Muscle Fit/Midday Muscle (Debby):
A low-impact, non-aerobic workout using free weights, body bars, and resistance bands to tone and sculpt; in Muscle Fit, the first 15 minutes is dedicated to abs while the last 45 minutes works both the upper and lower body
Pilates (Kate, Tiffany):
A core body conditioning mat workout; improve flexibility & posture while connecting your body & mind, sculpt, tone & strengthen your muscles using your own body weight
Yolates (Julie):
A core body conditioning mat workout; incorporating both Yoga and Pilates which improves flexibility & posture; while sculpting, toning & strengthening your muscles
Tae Box (Celio):
A kick-boxing class focusing on moves taken from traditional boxing and Tae Kwon Do; high and low impact moves are used to provide an exciting cross-training workout
Strength in Motion (Kate):
Power packed full body workout, combining aspects of step, kickboxing, plates, aerobics and free weights
Yoga (Naomi):
Arhum yoga is based on the jain tradition. It uses movement, breath and sound to create a total body experience. It also uses traditional asanas and pranayamas, to add meditative awareness and sound to create the ultimate yoga experience
ZUMBA (Iku):
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away
