Cardio Blast (Steve)
A high energy workout involving a fitness step.

Zumba (Param & Karen)
A faster paced class blending a variety of traditional dances such as the Cha-Cha, Mambo, Salsa, Rumba and Meringue.

Muscle Fit (Debby):
A low-impact, non-aerobic workout using free weights, body bars, and resistance bands to tone and sculpt; the first 15 minutes is dedicated to abs while the last 45 minutes works both the upper and lower body.

Pilates (Kate & Steve)
Acore body conditioning mat workout. Improve flexibility & posture while connecting your body & mind. Sculpt, tone & strengthen your muscles using your own body weight.

Yolates (Julie)
A core body conditioning mat workout incorporating both Yoga and Pilates. Improve flexibility & posture while sculpting, toning and strengthening your muscles.

Tae Box Flex (Julie)
A kick-boxing class focusing on moves taken from traditional boxing and Tae Kwon Do; high and low impact moves are used to provide an exciting cross-training workout. Incorporates 30 minutes of high intense cardio followed by 30 minutes of weights targeting every muscle group.

Strength in Motion (Kate)
A power packed full body workout, combining aspects of step, kickboxing, plates, aerobics and free weights.

Yoga (Kate)
Arhum yoga is based on the jain tradition. It uses movement, breath and sound to create a total body experience. It also uses traditional asanas and pranayamas, to add meditative awareness and sound to create the ultimate yoga experience.

Tabata (Julie)
Tabata is high intensity regimen that promotes weight loss and increases lean muscle.

Boxing/Self-Defense (Oliver):
Learn the fundamentals of boxing footwork, punching, and kicking as well as some great self-defense moves.

Spin (Pam)
High intensity cardio workout with interval blasts.
